RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Because most products from Andrea’s Creations & DTF Printing are custom, personalized, or made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because they are created specifically for you. This includes shirts, drinkware, pens, badge reels, DTF transfers, 3D-printed products, and other personalized merchandise.

Please carefully review all names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, designs, quantities, and other selections before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in information supplied or approved by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once materials have been ordered, artwork has been prepared, printing has begun, or production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered because of an error by Andrea’s Creations & DTF Printing, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your name and order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

After reviewing the information, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund. Please do not return or discard an item unless we provide instructions.

DTF TRANSFERS AND CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED FILES

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork with the correct resolution, dimensions, spelling, colors, and background. A 300 DPI transparent PNG is recommended. Files are printed as submitted, and file quality is not checked or corrected unless design services have been purchased separately.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for problems caused by low-resolution artwork, incorrect sizing, spelling errors, unwanted backgrounds, poor-quality files, or other issues contained in customer-supplied artwork.

Please inspect DTF transfers before pressing. Transfers that have already been pressed or damaged during application are not eligible for a refund or replacement. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect temperature, pressure, pressing time, garment material, washing, or application methods.

COLOR AND PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Colors may appear slightly different because of screen settings, printing processes, lighting, and product availability. Handmade and 3D-printed products may have small variations that do not affect their use.

Shirt brands and exact colors are subject to availability. If a requested option is unavailable, we will contact you before making a substitution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom or personalized products
• Made-to-order products
• DTF transfers
• Items damaged through use, washing, pressing, or improper care
• Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
• Gift certificates or gift cards
